A Buffalo man is behind bars in Genesee County, accused of forcible rape.
18-year-old Tomubari Gbaraba is charged with Rape in the First Degree. Genesee County Sheriff’s Chief Investigator Jerome Brewster alleges that back in September, Gbaraba forced an 18-year-old Genesee County woman to have sex with him, by using “forcible compulsion.”
Gbaraba is locked up in the County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
