23 year old Richard Mills of LeRoy was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated following an accident on Keeny Rd. in LeRoy.
Mills was charge with DWI moving from a lane unsafely driving with a BAC of .08% and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Mill was issued an appearance tickets for the LeRoy Town Court
