Western Region Off Track Betting vows to answer any and all questions over its management of Batavia Downs.
The New York Lottery, which regulates the video lottery terminals at the Downs, threatened to pull the slot machines unless OTB improved its management practices.
Today, Western Region OTB President Martin Bassinait tells WBTA News the two sides will work this out:
