A routine traffic stop in Warsaw early this morning lands a minor league professional basketball player in jail.
35-year-old Marlin Johnson of Rochester, a forward for the Rochester Razorsharks, was stopped for speeding and erratic driving along State Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw.
Following investigation, Wyoming County deputies also charged Johnson with DWI and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
His license had been suspended 17 times.
He’s now in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5.000 bail.
