Randy Bennett of Oakfield is the New York Lottery’s latest millionaire.
The 64-year-old Bennett was introduced at the Wilson Farms Store in Oakfield where he bought his winning 20-dollar scratch off ticket.
Several years ago, Bennett won $5,000 on a scratch off ticket, and on Easter Sunday 2009, he won $25,000 - also on an instant ticket.
Bennett says he plans to keep his job as a production supervisor at Mizkan’s in Lyndonville.
He will receive annual payments, after taxes, of $33,015 for twenty years.

A Cheektowaga man will spend up to four years behind bars for a drunk driving incident in which his blood alcohol content was seven times the legal limit. Back in March, 32-year-old Gurninderjit Thandi injured a pedestrian and damaged several cars. Authorities say he already had two prior DWI convictions.
Prosecutors say Thandi received a liver transplant in January, but last month refused to attend a court ordered alcohol treatment program and was tossed in jail.
