The Batavia City Council on Monday night gave out four annual awards.
The recipients were:
Mrs. and Mrs. David Allen: Homeowners of the Year
T-Shirts Etc, Business of the Year
Jeff Gillard: Volunteer of the Year
City Empoyee of the Year, co-recipients: Teri Gass and Jodie Freese
