It started as a domestic dispute but ended up a case of Robbery and suspected Drug Possession.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies report the arrest of 28-year-old Christopher Ball of Ellicott Street Road, Batavia.
Deputies say Ball was arrested for a domestic incident involving another person and during the investigation they charged Ball with stealing a purse during the incident.
That purse, it turned out, allegedly contained Hydrocodone – a controlled substance.
Ball was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
