Three 14-year-olds have been arrested for the starting the fire last May that destroyed the Wirard Plow Warehouse on Swan St.
The names of the three have not been released because of their ages.
They have been charged with Arson, Burglary and Criminal Mischief. Their cases will be handled in Family Court.
Batavia Police say two of the three were charged with setting the initial fire in the building that was quickly put out by city firemen. The same two teenagers, along with a third, then started the second fire later in the evening that turned into a major general alarm blaze.
Total damage tab in both fires pegged at $288,000.
