Retired City of Batavia Plumbing Inspector Barb Toal went before the Batavia City Council last night to respond to an "Internal Assessment of the Examining Board of Plumbers" prepared by City Manager Jason Molino. The report was highly critical of the plumbing board and the Plumbing Inspector (Toal).
