A Genesee County native accused of plotting to blow up government buildings, kill law enforcement, rob banks and destroy mosques faces a September trial.

Robert James Talbot Jr., 38 – who grew up in Pembroke -- faces up to 30 years in federal prison if convicted of all the terror-related charges against him.

Talbot was arrested in Katy, Texas in March following an eight-month long investigation by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.
