A Wyoming County woman is facing a slew of charges after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs with her children in the car.

Batavia Police responded to a report of an erratic driver last week at the Hess station on West Main Street. Officers there determined 31-year-old Jennifer Hepp of Cowlesville was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs.

Officers say Hepp has a prior conviction for driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was also allegedly driving a car without a court-ordered ignition interlock device.

Hepp was additionally charged with two counts of a Leandra’s Law violation and child endangerment.

She was held without bail at the county jail.
