An 18-year-old Pembroke resident and a Rochester man are accused of heroin and crack cocaine around Batavia.
The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force arrested Jacob Patterson of Killian Road, Pembroke, for allegedly selling heroin to a drug task force agent in the City of Batavia earlier this year.
David Truesdale Jr. (aka “True”), 24, is accused of selling crack cocaine to an agent in Batavia.
Both are charged with felony counts of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The two arrests -- as part of separate investigations -- came this past week, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Patterson was arrested at his residence and jailed on $10,000 bail.
Truesdale was already incarcerated on unrelated charges at the Genesee County Jail. He was arraigned on the new ones and held without bail.
