An accused drug dealer is pleading guilty today.
20-year-old Dyllon Soccio of Tracy Avenue admitted in County Court this morning, that he sold cocaine to an undercover officer with Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force.
The plea comes over a year after Soccio was arrested on the charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. He’s also pleaded guilty to a pot possession charge.
Each plea apparently comes with a sentence of two and a half years in prison. Soccio could serve those concurrently.
