A 55-year-old grandmother was cuffed in Attica Friday for driving with an alleged blood-alcohol content of .17%.
Kathy Mitscher of Attica also had her 14-year-old grandson in the car with her. She was charged with Felony DWI, Improper Signaling, and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt.
If convicted, it would be Mitscher’s second DWI in just 7 years. She is locked up in Wyoming County Jail, on 10-thousand dollars bail.
