A Rochester man is facing several charges for allegedly leading deputies on a foot chase before finding out he was wanted on unrelated charges in the City of Batavia.
Deputies were planning to pull over 32-year-old James Saddler for alleged traffic violations. He took off on foot in the area of Park Road in the Town of Batavia and was eventually apprehended.
Saddler was jailed on $2,500 bail on charges of criminal impersonation, obstruction and aggravated unlicensed operation.
An Albion man is jailed with no bail set after a domestic violence incident.
John Snook, 26, of Gillette Road allegedly violated a stay away order of protection and allegedly slapped the protected person in the face on Central Avenue in the City of Batavia.
He’s charged with harassment and criminal contempt.
