The saga of Batavia’s alleged amorous couple continues.

Justin Amend appeared in Batavia City Court today. He could have entered a plea, but his attorney, Tom Williams, requested time to speak with the prosecution about a plea deal.

Amend did not speak at all in court today. He is charged with Public Lewdness after he allegedly had sex with Suzanne Corona on a picnic table in Farrall Park in June.

He will re-appear in court on August 9th at 10am. Meanwhile, Suzanne Corona is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on August 18th. She is charged with Public Lewdness and the rare count of Adultery.
