It’s the 4th case of sexual misconduct against a minor, this month.
20-year-old Randy Reiss, Junior of Akron is charged with 2 counts of Felony Rape.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies say sometime in June of 2009, Reiss slipped a few wine coolers to a 14-year-old girl while the two were sitting in his car, in a parking lot in Corfu. Then, Reiss had forcible sexual intercourse with the girl.
Reiss was arrested on Wednesday. He has been released under the supervision of Genesee Justice – due in court August 3rd.
