A Genesee County grand jury files three indictments.
Scott Kopper, 36, of Corfu, is charged in a four-count indictment for allegedly dragging a sheriff’s deputy with his vehicle.
Back in January, Deputy Brian Thompson checked on a report of a vehicle on the side of Route 33 in Pembroke. Thompson had previous contact with Kopper and learned he was wanted by parole.
Police reported at the time that Kopper refused to leave his vehicle and when Deputy Thompson went to stop him from leaving, Kopper allegedly trapped his arm in the window and drove away.
Thompson escaped serious injury with some cuts and scrapes.
The indictment charges Kopper with four felony counts of Assault and Reckless Endangerment.
Alissa Fodge, 23, of Bergen, is indicted on a third-degree Grand Larceny charge. It states that between August and October of last year she stole more than 7-thousand dollars from the 7-Eleven store in Bergen.
And in a joint indictment, a pair is charged with possessing drugs and child endangerment.
Antonio Ayala and Ashley Alvord are each accused of possessing cocaine in the Town of Bergen in November. They are also both charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child for an unspecified incident involving a four-year-old child.
