Two Attica men have been arrested for allegedly selling prescription pills to undercover lawmen.
Anthony Diaz and Troy Hickman Jr. were arrested on Thursday March 20 following a traffic stop on Market Street in the Village of Attica by the Attica Police Department and members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.
Police said Diaz and Hickman sold Hydrocodone, which is a controlled substance, two different times on Thursday in the Village of Attica. Additional drugs and money were seized during the traffic stop.
Both men were charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree (Class C Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree Class D Felony, and Conspiracy in the 4th Degree (Class E Felony).
Both men were arraigned in the Village of Attica Court. Diaz was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash bail and Hickman Jr was committed to Wyoming County Jail with no bail.
