Three Rochester residents are accused of driving through the Town of Avon in possession of drugs.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office charged 26-year-old Nicholas Chiavaroli and 22-year-old Nicole Funari with possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic instrument.

The 45-year-old driver, Ronald Peacock, was also charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation.

A traffic stop at noon yesterday revealed cocaine and heroin in the vehicle.

The driver was jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
