All Batavia City Schools were closed today, the third snow day of the school year.
State education law stipulates 180 school days and the Batavia City School District is still on pace to have a normal school schedule without sacrificing vacation days.
Superintendent Chris Dailey told WBTA today that unless this winter continues to be a nuisance, the district will not have to rearrange the calendar.
Also, make-up Regents exams scheduled for today and this week are delayed until June.
