Bundle back up. The arctic cold is back in Western New York.
A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for this evening through late tomorrow morning.
With northerly winds at 5 to 10 miles an hour and low temps of -1, the Wind Chill could dip to 15 to 24 degrees below zero.
Low temperatures remain in the single digits until Friday.

Two men and an eight-year-old boy are dead following a trailer home fire in Penfield.  The flames broke out early yesterday morning at the mobile home community on Route-441 in Penfield and spread quickly.  Officials say eight-year-old Tyler Doohan may have died while trying to save his disabled uncle Steven Smith from the fire.  Smith died, along with the boy's grandfather Louis Beach.  Officials believe the cause was an electrical malfunction.

Governor Andrew Cuomo delivers his budget address today in Albany.  The governor's overall budget package is expected to be around $138-billion, with increased spending for education. Cuomo is also expected to lay out his plan to fund a statewide pre-kindergarten program, and to create a system of publicly financed campaigns.

A new Siena College Poll shows that Governor Cuomo is in a strong position heading into his expected reelection campaign.  The poll shows that Cuomo is viewed favorably by 66-percent of voters.  The survey also indicates that Cuomo holds leads of around 50 percentage points over possible Republican challengers Donald Trump and Rob Astorino, the Westchester County Executive.

A former Amherst man who had been the oldest person in the New York State Prison system is now dead.  Officials say John Bunz died at Wende Correctional facility in Alden at the age of 94.  Bunz had been serving a 17 year prison sentence following a manslaughter conviction related to the killing of his wife in 2010.  Bunz killed his wife in a retirement community by striking her more than 30 times with a hammer. 

Senator Charles Schumer will be in the region later today.
The senator will be in Livingston County to tour “worm power.”
It is a facility in Avon that turns cow manure into disease-preventing fertilizer using earthworms.

Senator Schumer is only trying to worm his way into the hearts of the Upstate voters.
