Three people are accused of stealing around $1,500 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart.
State Police in Warsaw announced the arrests after a 10-day investigation.
Fifty-year-old Deborah Blackmer of LeRoy and 27-year-old Miranda Ralston and 33-year-old Aaron Higgins – both of York – are facing various petit larceny, conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property charges.
In December, the trio is accused of stealing two flat screen TVs, a blu-ray player, and a laptop computer. The items were recovered at a York residence.
A Wyoming County man is accused of striking a woman and destroying personal property in the presence of children during a domestic violence incident.
Earl Perry, 38, of Strykersville is charged with Criminal Mischief, Menacing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment.
Perry was jailed on $3,000 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victims.
A 19-year-old is accused of driving drunk in the Village of Warsaw.
Brandon Matteson of Varysburg is charged with DWI after he was allegedly spotted driving erratically on Route 19. Troopers say a roadside breath test revealed a blood alcohol content almost twice the legal limit.
Troopers say Matteson was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation for driving with a suspended license from a previous alcohol-related offense.
He was sent to the Wyoming County Jail on $750 dollars bail.
