The great bake of summer 2010 continues today.
High temperatures for Batavia and Genesee County today are forecast to reach the low 90’s.

The high heat and humidity is forecast to remain with us today and tomorrow, there is a good chance of a thunderstorm on Friday but temperatures will remain in the upper 80’s.
A Darien Center man is facing charges in an alleged sexual relationship with a teenage girl.
State Police say 21-year-old Christopher Willis is accused of using his cell phone to send naked photos of himself to an under aged girl. He is also accused of allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with her.
His suspected victim is from Perry.
Willis is being held in the Wyoming County Jail on 20-thousand dollars bail.
A Coudersport, Pennsylvania teenager has been arrested for the rape of a 10-year old Albion girl.
18-year-old Mathew Lawton of Coudersport, near Erie, is facing felony charges and is locked up in lieu of 85-thousand dollars bail.
Police say Lawton is also facing a charge of Corruption of Minors because his victim’s 8-year-old brother witnessed the rape and Lawton allegedly told the boy not to tell anyone.
The first Urgent Care Center in Genesee County has opened.
United Memorial Community Care Center is now on Tountas Avenue in LeRoy, just off of Gilbert Street. It offers fast treatment for non-life threatening injuries or illnesses.
UMMC does not expect the Care Center to take any traffic away from its emergency room in Batavia, because they offer different levels of care.
The Urgent Care Center in LeRoy is open to anyone needing medical care.
