Hollaert was pronounced dead at the scene.
The four students on the bus, ages 11 to 15 and school bus driver were taken to Strong Memorial with minor injuries.
Authorities do not belive road conditions were a factor in the crash, although the investigation continues.

A team of shovelers will be working hard for the next several days to clear over a foot of snow from Ralph Wilson Stadium. Two crews of around 50 workers will be working from seven a.m. until midnight until all the snow is cleared before Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Team officials say they expect that one-thousand truckloads of snow will be removed before fans start filing into the stadium on Sunday.
The meaningless game will not be televised locally.
