State Police is asking for the public’s helping in locating a missing Basom woman.
Joy Howard, 49, was last seen Monday at about 11:30 a.m. at the M&T Bank location in Clarence at 10614 Main Street.
State Police considers her a missing person. Troopers say she might be in the company of 51-year-old William Capen Jr. His last addresses include Basom, Barker, Lockport and Jonesboro, Ark. He’s described as a 5’5” white male weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
They are believed to be traveling in a 2012 black Ford Fusion with NY plates GCW-4846. It is not known where they may be travelling.
Howard is a 5-foot-4 white female weighing 120 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair and blonde highlights. She was last seen wearing a black zip up hoodie jacket with a green dragon logo on the back, a black sweater and blue jeans.
