City of Batavia police are trying to locate a black Chevy Silverado involved with a hit-and-run accident last month.

Police say the truck struck two vehicles and fled the scene on Nov. 22 at around 5:30 p.m. on Liberty Street near Ellicott Street. No serious injuries were reported.

A witness described the suspect vehicle as an extended cab, a late 90s or early 2000s model with 4-by-4 written on the side. The car would have damage on its front and back. The car had a partial plate of 14196 or 14197 with a letter A in it.

The driver is described as a white male with dark blonde hair with facial hair and in his 30s. He’s possibly 5'8" to 6' tall and 200 pounds.
