Batavia Police are asking witnesses to a bar fight at the Harvester pig roast Sunday night to come forward.
52-year-old Scott Baker of Batavia suffered a fractured skull in a fight with 47 year old Shane Bell of Jackson St.
Bell has been charged with assault.
Baker remains in serious condition at ECMC and his survival is not certain.
Witnesses said Baker went down with a single punch hurled by Bell.
Bell has been jailed without bail.

New charges have been filed against a Batavia woman following a fracas on Liberty Street.
27-year-old Latoya Jackson of Liberty Street has now been charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Harassment.
Latoya had previously been charged with assault for allegedly cutting two people with a knife last Monday night.

A Batavia man is facing a felony drunk driving charge after a LeRoy Police officer watched him stagger into a convenience store and try to kiss the clerk.
It happened Friday night. 
25-year-old Robert Hinett of Montclair Avenue apparently tried to make advances on the female clerk.
Officers determined Hinett was drunk and had allegedly driven to the store while intoxicated.

The Cuomo administration is keeping its suite at Ralph Wilson Stadium for the upcoming season.  
However, the state has turned over management of the suite to the business group Buffalo Niagara Enterprise.  
The group will be responsible for screening those who receive tickets to the 16 seat suite.
The suite should be used to schmooze out of town corporate leaders to foster economic development and tourism.  

Congressman Chris Collins is urging President Obama to receive approval from Congress before any possible military action against Syria.  The Western New York Republican says the images coming out of Syria are disturbing, but the president still has an obligation to consult with Congress about the proper response.
