A Batavia man is charged with felony DWI after a police officer notices suspicious activity inside a Village of LeRoy business.

Officers patrolling the Lake Street area at 11:30 Friday night saw 25-year-old Robert Hinett of Montclair Avenue stagger into a store. Police say the store clerk said Hinett made unwanted advances and tried to kiss her. Officers determined he was intoxicated and had allegedly driven to the store in that condition.

Hinett was arraigned and released.
