Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing elderly Alzheimer’s patient.
Seventy-five-year-old Robert Tutt was last seen at County Building 1 about an hour ago by Ellicott and Main. Dispatchers say Robert Tutt is a black man with gray hair wearing blue jeans and a long sleeve shirt with a blue stripe. He is wearing a tracking device on his ankle, but officials haven’t been able to match the frequency to find him. They say he could have gone in any direction.

UPDATE (3:55): The elderly Alzheimer’s patient reported missing at around 2:30 this afternoon has been found safe.
75-year-old Robert Tutt was found at the Department of Social Services on East Main Street. He’s being taken to the police station to be reunited with his family, according to authorities.
