Two Darien Lake security guards were hurt throwing a patron out of the latest concert.
One guard suffered a broken finger and the other a severe head laceration.
The guards were hurt at last night’s John Mayer concert.
34-year-old Robert Murphy of Webster was arrested on two counts of third-degree assault and sent to jail.
12 other concert goers were arrested for marijuana possession and 46 others were ticketed for underage drinking.

As the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office continues to pile up arrests at Darien Lake the number of drunken driving arrests has dropped dramatically.
Sheriff Gary Maha has issued his annual report for the 2012.
The total DWI arrests for the year was 150, the lowest in 20 years.
In just the past three years, DWI arrests have dropped 38-percent.
Maha says the figures prove the county’s programs to combat drunk driving are working.

If you were thinking about watching the Buffalo Bills preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings on television Friday night, think again.  The NFL has announced that the game at Ralph Wilson Stadium is not close to a sellout, so there will be no home TV.
If that has you thinking of going out to the stadium, the team says it's a Kids Day game where tickets for children 14 and under are $15.

A man is facing drunken driving charges after State Police say he fell asleep in the driver seat of his car in a McDonald's drive thru lane in Newstead.  
Police say 32-year-old Jesse Blair of Newstead was still asleep when troopers arrived on the scene.  Once they woke him up, Blair reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.  He was issued traffic tickets and will have to answer them in Newstead Court at a later date.

This traffic note for Batavia motorists:
Expect delays tomorrow and Friday along Richmond Avenue from Oak to State Street.
Crews will be performing milling operations on the roadway.
Work is scheduled to be done between 7am and 4 pm.
You can expect Richmond to be rough over the next few weeks in preparation for final paving.
