A domestic incident leads to charges against a Stafford man.
23-year-old Isaiah Munroe of School Road is charged with of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Deputies say Munroe allegedly applied pressure to the throat of and pushed the victim to the ground. He is also accused of leaving an 8-month-old child on the couch unsupervised as he left the residence.
He’s scheduled in court August 1.
A 63-year-old Rochester woman is charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs for allegedly driving the wrong way on I-490.
Martha Duke was also allegedly observed driving 25 miles per hour on the shoulder of Route 33 heading into Batavia.
She was pulled over by deputies in the City of Batavia. The investigation continues with other charges possible in Monroe and Genesee counties.
Duke is due in Batavia City Court August 8.
A Batavia man is accused of threatening a man passing by with racial slurs.
49-year-old Dennis Edson of Porter Avenue is charged with Aggravated Harassment due to race or religion and released under supervision.
