The couple accused of having sex in a Batavia park have made their first appearance in court.
41-year-old Suzanne Corona of Osterhaut Avenue in Batavia entered no plea to charges of adultery and public lewdness. Arrested in the same case and charged with Public Lewdness was 29-year-old Justin Amend of Oakfield. He also entered no plea in City Court.
The cases against Corona and Amend will now move through the system.
An order of protection has been issued against a Geneva woman ordering her to stay away from her daughter - a GCC student who lives on campus.
Deputies say 46-year-old Cecilia Conklin of Geneva showed up at her daughter’s dorm room yesterday afternoon and refused to leave. She’s been charged with harassment. An order of protection was also issued requiring Conklin to keep away from her daughter.
A felony robbery charge has been placed against a Town of Darien man following an apparent domestic dispute.
36-year-old Jay Blatchley of Colby Road was also arrested for resisting arrest when he attempted to run from the arresting deputy – things got physical – the deputy won.
Two Livingston County men face drug charges after police say 23 bags of heroin were found in their car. Authorities say 19-year-old Casey Perry of Hunt and 23-year-old Andrew Towne of Mount Morris were allegedly clocked doing more than 100 miles-per-hour on I-390 in Geneseo Monday night. Police say the two bought and used the heroin in Rochester and were returning home.
