A Genesee County grand jury has indicted the man who allegedly broke into a LeRoy home on May 9 and sexually assaulted the resident at knifepoint.

Charles D. Johnson, 29, is charged in an eight-count indictment concerning the disturbing incident which occurred in the middle of the night at a home on Gilbert Street.

The indictment charges Johnson with two counts of predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sexual abuse, criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree burglary and criminal mischief.
