A Batavia man is accused of using an employer’s business credit card to make unauthorized purchases at a retail store on Veterans Memorial Drive.

32-year-old Daniel Henning of Maple Street is charged with six counts of second-degree forgery and one count of fourth-degree grand larceny. All seven charges are felonies.

Henning also allegedly signed the name of a co-worker on the sales receipt at the unidentified business. The alleged incidents occurred in the Fall of 2012.

Henning was jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in Batavia Town Court at a later date.

The Batavia Police Department says similar charges will soon be filed in Batavia City Court for crimes Henning allegedly committed at a retail store on Ellicott Street.
