A Batavia woman is facing four counts of felony drug charges for allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover agent on two separate occasions.

The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested 41-year-old Michelle Scroger of Hutchins Street. She’s charged with two counts each of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree, all class B felonies.

Scroger is being held in the Genesee County Jail awaiting arraignment in County Court at a later date.

The Drug Task Force consists of officers from the Sheriff’s Office, Batavia Police Department, and the LeRoy Police Department. The District Attorney’s Office also contributed to the investigation.
