Felony drug charges filed against a young Bergen woman.
24-year-old Karui Riggi of Buffalo Road is facing three counts of Criminal Sale and Possession of Controlled substances.
The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force says Riggi allegedly sold pills to an undercover task force agent.
Riggi has been jailed without bail.
In Livingston County, a Town of Lima man is facing felony drug charges.
27-year-old Thomas Ripley is locked up in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Livingston County’s Drug Task Force accuses Ripley of trafficking in narcotics.
A missing Batavia teenager has been found and she is OK.
13-year-olld Chelsea Fauel was located in Niagara Falls and has been returned to her guardian.

One available vendor for City of Batavia residents to use for trash collection has announced its rates.
The Genesee ARC, which has held the exclusive contract for curbside trash collection in Batavia for 28-years, says it can continue the service for $21.95 a month.
City property owners have received a letter from the city explaining that effective June 1st, residents will have to find their means of garbage disposal.
The city’s letter suggested the ARC and along with three other vendors. Residents can also gather up their own trash and take it to a local transfer station.
The woman accused of supplying the guns used by William Spengler during a Christmas Eve ambush is now facing state charges in the case. Dawn Nguyen is already facing federal charges, and now has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on a charge of making a false statement while buying a gun. Prosecutors say a gun used by Spengler during the attack that killed four people was purchased by Nguyen. She allegedly told employees at Gander Mountain in Henrietta that she was purchasing the gun for herself.
