A LeRoy man -- who is a registered sex offender -- is accused of failing to register a change in his online, social media or email accounts to the Department of Criminal Justice Services.
Rob Hoag, 26, of Lake Street was arraigned this week on a charge of fail to register.

An Attica man is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
The Attica Police Department says a woman called 911 about a physical domestic incident at 27 Main Street. After an investigation for the alleged incident that occurred at about 12:30 this morning, authorities arrested 30-year-old Eric Betz. He was released on his own recognizance and is due in Village Court April 22.
