A Warsaw man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
Christopher Ladd, 51, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and felony DWI because he has a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years. Troopers say Ladd’s car was found off the road in Orangeville, Wyoming County.
Ladd was released and is scheduled to appear in town court at a later date.
A Greece teen is facing two counts of second-degree harassment for allegedly threatening bodily harm to two acquaintances on Porter Avenue in Batavia.
City of Batavia Police say 19-year-old Alex Dumbleton was issued appearance tickets for the alleged incident which occurred at 2:30 this morning. He is set to appear in City Court today at 1 p.m.
