A Wyoming County man is accused of stealing $2,400 worth of pallets from a City of Batavia business.
James Moscicki, 32, is charged with a felony count of grand larceny. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and LeRoy Police have been investigating together as pallets have also gone missing at businesses in their jurisdiction as well.
City of Batavia Police says that Moscicki allegedly was selling some of the pallets to businesses in the county and transported them with a silver Dodge Neon with a small utility trailer. The pallets are marked with identifying numbers. All three law enforcement agencies request that if you have any information that might lead to the recovery of some of these pallets, call 345-3000 ext 3233.
A Bergen woman is charged with criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly operating a car with switched plates that were stolen and driving with a suspended license.
Sandra Pawlukwicz, 46, of Gibson Street is due in LeRoy Town Court March 18.
An 18-year-old Pavilion man is accused of violating a court order of protection by contacting the victim over 100 times by phone.
Jason Perry of telephone Road is charged with criminal contempt. He is due in court March 5.
