An Attica man is accused violating a stay away order of protection.
Tracy Hilton, 32, of Exchange Street is charged with criminal contempt and harassment. The Attica police department says a woman called 911 stating that Hilton threatened to kill her and was he was arrested based on the woman’s report.
Following his arraignment, Hilton released on his own recognizance and is due in Attica Village Court March 11.
