A Pavilion man is facing a criminal mischief charge following a domestic incident last Wednesday.
Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an address on Dutton Road in the Town of Warsaw just before 9 p.m. where 20-year-old Cory Dahl allegedly broke a window and caused damage to the rear door at the residence where his 19-year-old girlfriend and infant child were staying.
The homeowner is pursuing charges because of the damage Dahl allegedly caused. He is due in Warsaw Court at a later date.
