A 17-year-old Batavia boy is charged with third degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
Nathan Crawford of Hutchins Street was arrested by City of Batavia Police following an investigation into the burglary of jewelry and electronics from a home on Jackson Street over a period from September to December of 2012. The items taken from the home exceeded $300,000 in value.
Following his arraignment, Crawford was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
