A LeRoy man has been arrested on two gun charges.
Deputies charged 54-year-old Howard Schultz of Keeney Road with two counts each of criminal possession of a weapon and discharging a weapon within 500 feet of a residence.
Deputies say a previous felony conviction prohibits Schultz from possessing firearms.
Two Batavia teens are facing endangering the welfare of a child charges.
Eighteen-year-old Elijah Dawson of North Spruce Street is also facing an assault charge for allegedly punching and knocking down another person in the presence of a young child.
Also, 19-year-old Alex Dumbleton of Liberty Street is accused of punching another person under the age of 17 several times and was additionally charged with harassment.
Dawson was jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail. Dumbleton was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in City Court Feb. 5.
A Cheektowaga teen is accused of stealing from a business on Chick Road in Darien on two occasions in December.
Steven Rheinheimer, 18, is facing a felony burglary charge and also petit larceny.
He was released under supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to return to Town of Darien Court Feb. 21.
