The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of three people involved with heroin sales in the Village of Warsaw.
Following a three-month investigation, 28-year-old Cody Nichols and 23-year-old Alicia Herman – both of Warsaw – and 22-year-old Patrick Kitzmiller of Bliss have been indicted by a Wyoming County grand jury.
Nichols is facing “numerous” Class B felony charges and was jailed with bail set at $25,000. Herman is currently out on pre-trial release and is facing two Class B felony drug charges and Kitzmiller is currently locked up in lieu of $10,000 bail.
