A Wyoming County involved in a one-car accident Saturday in the Town of Wethersfield has been identified by authorities.
Thirty-five-year-old Brandon Lane of Silver Springs was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lane was driving a 2000 Buick Le Sabre and lost control of his vehicle. It then left the highway on Poplar Tree Road, spun sideways and struck a tree.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the cause of the accident.
