Governor Cuomo is hoping to add to state coffers with the help of a popular lottery game.

Cuomo's budget proposal calls for dramatically expanding the rapid-fire Quick Draw game, bringing it to as many as 780 new locations.

The proposal would also drop the legal age to play the game from 21 to 18.

Quick Draw brought in about $500 million for the state last year. Cuomo says the expansion could lead to an extra $25 million for the state.

Now Cuomo wants eighteen yr olds to waste their money on the state lottery! If I won the lottery I would take my money move out of new York and spend it out of state!
