A LeRoy man indicted on counts of third-degree burglary and second-degree grand larceny could serve up to 14 years in prison.
John O’Shea, 20, was sentenced to consecutive three-and-a-half to seven-year sentences Wednesday in County Court. He was also ordered to pay $53,000 in restitution to his victims.
O’Shea got mixed up with the law on several occasions, including in connection to a May robbery in Pavilion and a break-in in LeRoy in July. A guilty plea on Nov. 28 satisfied all the charges against him.
