State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli says he has frozen all state pension fund investments into commercial firearm makers. 

DiNapoli says New York's pension fund will no longer buy stock in companies whose primary business is manufacturing firearms for commercial sale. The comptroller says in the wake of the Newtown tragedy, a national movement toward more firearms regulation makes such investments extremely risky to shareholder value.
