Correction:
On Sunday, November 25, 2012, WBTA and WBTAi.com reported the arrest of Brandon Benz, 17, of Clinton St. Rd, Batavia and Steven Myers, 46, of Asbury Rd., LeRoy.
The two mem were arrested by Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies for an incident at Myer's home.
An error was made in reporting the charges against Mr. Myers.
Benz was charged with Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Myers was charged with Criminal Mischief and Menacing.
WBTA regrets the error.
